Racers with a great deal of racing experience may request permission to enter a division up to 2 years early (except Youth Kart divisions). Each case will be looked at on an individual basis and a decision will be made by the track. That decision will be FINAL. Most often requests of this nature will be DENIED. Part of earning this privilege will hinge upon the drivers physical and mental abilities, past experience and results, and discussions with key track officials and/or other drivers. An on track review may be required at the track's discretion. Said permission MUST be requested BEFORE entering the first time. If you are found to be racing at too young of an age without permission, you will be required to adhere to the age requirements set above permanently.
WVMP reserves the right to request a copy of any racer's birth certificate for verification at any time. Illegible copies, or any copies that even suggest they have been tampered with, will result in the driver being suspended from competition until they produce the original birth certificate for verification. If a driver does not have a copy with them, they will be allowed one week to produce it. After that, they will remain suspended until they do.
