Rule Amendment #1 - WVMP Sealed Clone Engine Rules: 

"10.3.C.10 Gaskets & Sealer: Gaskets are non-tech and sealer may be applied unless otherwise specified."
 
is hereby amended to read
 
"10.3.C.10 Gaskets & Sealer: Gaskets must be of stock type and material (paper or graphite).  NO aluminum gaskets or copper gaskets on exhaust or intake side of engine.  NO spacers.  One gasket per mating surface only.  Silicone may be used."
